As a family of a child who has complex high level additional needs since birth, we have spent many years navigating the often frustrating and challenging world of care agencies. I can honestly say however that Angela has been an absolute lifesaver and we are so grateful to have her and her team supporting us. Angela runs the business Life in Harmony, however she is also an experienced support worker herself so understands what is actually involved in the job. She makes good on her promise of matching workers to our needs rather than just trying to 'fill the shift'. She has a good understanding of not only our son's but our families needs and matches workers accordingly. She completes the behind the scenes coordination of shifts when workers are on leave or away sick and communicates regularly with us. Her workers are also happy which demonstrates that she also supports them appropriately. I would highly recommend her services
